Contest is open to all users irrespective of their country of residence. However, if you don't have mailing address in India, you must have paypal account to claim the prize. We will send the cheque for the winners who have mailing address in India.

Your articles/threads/replies must be original. You can not copy the work of other people. You can post multiple threads or replies. Content must be in English.

The contest shall run from March 1, 2010 to March 31, 2010. The winners shall be announced on April 5, 2010 at 5pm IST.

DigitalBhoomi.in reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to modify, cancel, suspend and/or terminate this promotion in whole or in part at any time during the promotion period for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, in the event that the promotion is not capable of running as planned or as intended by these Official Rules.

The winners shall be notified via e-mail. Winners must claim their prize within 10 days of the result declaration. If the winners fail to claim the prize in 10 days, winners will forfeit the prize.

The winning entries will be decided by Digital Bhoomi editorial team. In case of any dispute the decision of the DigitalBhoomi.in moderators shall be considered final.

By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes, without any additional compensation, the use of his or her name and place of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium which DigitalBhoomi.in may deem appropriate.

In accepting the prize, the winner(s) acknowledges that DigitalBhoomi.in and its affiliates may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize.
