Description:
We are looking for Manual Testing trainer who are ready to work with us on part time basis.
1. 2 hour commitment either  the morning or  in the evening which is flexible according to the trainer convenience (during weekends).
2. Monthly 16 - 18 hours

Job Summary:
This position is currently a partime job but would go fulltime soon depending on perfromance and growth of bussiness. This role is responsible for content design, development and delivery of both technical courses to students. We already have a team of trainers (expereinced technocrats from USA)  who are subject matter experts in Software testing and the development of training materials for QAPEDIA.COM testing courses . We are conducting live classes  integrated with other learning technologies such as  Webinars, techtalks, video-based learning, e-learning system.

Essential Functions:
* Design and develop content for instructor-led learning courses
* Develop or modify courses, modules, and or learning objects as specified in Syllabus.
* Be able to design and illustrate lab exercises, design case studies for students.
* Develop learning assessments to measure participant learning.
* Teach train-the-trainer sessions or pilot classes(if required).

Qualifications:
Requirements:
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Good interpersonal communication and collaborative relationship building skills are needed.
* May have to work with team in USA.
* Solid understanding of Manual and knowing autoamtion tools is a plus (preferrably winrunner/QTP).
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
* Excellent presentation skills
* Atleast 2+yrs of teaching expereince in Testing or be able to demonstrate the required skills for the job.
* Candidates who don't have teaching experience but have live industry expereince are also welcome.
