How to Register?
- Click on "Forums" link in Digital Bhoomi home page
- Now you will have forum page; Click "Register" link in the top of the page
- We will show you the forum rules, read and accept it
- Click "Register" button
- Now you will get the registration Form, enter all your details and click "Complete Registration" button
- We will send an activation email to you to confirm your email address. Click the link in the email to activate your account
That's it. Now you are the member of Digital Bhoomi!
Why should I register?
In order to fully utilize the abilities of this forum, we require that you register as a member. Registration is free, and allows you to do the following:
- Post new threads
- Reply to other peoples' threads
- Edit your posts
- Receive email notification of replies to posts and threads you specify
- Send private messages to other members
- Enter events in the forum calendar
- Set up a 'buddy-list' to quickly see which of your friends are currently online
To register, you will need to specify a username, password and a valid email address.

What is a Thread?
A Thread means starting a discussion about a topic.
It may be your opinion, comment or suggestion about any issue.
How do I post a Thread?
Click the link of any topic which you want to discuss with.
You can find a blue color button with "new thread" caption
Click "new thread" button, an editor opens up
Write a title for your thread in title box
Write your opinions in the text area
When you are done writing, click "Submit Thread" button
Your thread will be posted in the forums
How many threads I can write per day?
There is no limit!

What is a Post?
A post is a reply to a thread.
In other words, it is the response from you towards a topic which was started for a discussion.
How do I post a reply?
- Click "Post Reply" or "Post Quick Reply" button
- Type your reply in the text area and click "Post Reply" button
- You can post a reply to a thread only if you are logged in

Search Forums
You can search for posts based on username, word(s) in the post or just in the subject, by date, and only in particular forums.
- Click "Search" link at the top of the page
- Type the search word in the textbox
- Click "Go" button
- You can search any posts and threads using search option.

How do I view my points?
- Click "The Bhoomi" link in the top of the forum page
- Drop down menu will appear
- Click "View Your Points"
- You will see the points you have earned

How do I get a picture under my username?
These small pictures are called Avatars. They are displayed below your username whenever you post.
- First log in to the forums
- Click "User CP" link at the top of the page.
- Click "Edit Avatar" option in the left
- You can select one of the following pre-defined images to use as your avatar
or
- You can upload a new custom image from your computer using "Browse" button.
Other features in User CP?
You can also Edit your - Signature using "Edit Signature" option
- Email and Password using "Edit Email and Password" option
- Profile using "Edit profile" option.
- You can also edit your profile picture using "Edit Profile Picture" option in the left

What can I discuss over here and what I can't discuss?
You can discuss anything over here. But, absolutely no Spams!
The Most possible topics that can be discussed are given in the left column of
the main page of the forums.
You can view the classic forum index here.
You can select any section and start your discussion by opening a topic or replying to existing threads.
Any comment that hurts a member or community or group, either direct or indirect should be avoided.

How do I post a picture or video in the forums?
When you post a thread or reply, click "Insert Image" button in the editor toolbar, then enter the image URL
to add the picture to your post.
You can also add YouTube and Google Videos to your post.
- Use the movie code from the YouTube URL in your browser.
For example, if YouTube's video URL is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VWtlQoZcWd4, then VWtlQoZcWd4 is the movie code.
- Copy the value of the movie code.
- Click the "You Tube" option in the editor window
- Youtube tags will be inserted in the editor box as shown in the picture
- Paste the movie code in between the youtube tags. Video will be embedded in your post

How do I refer my friends and get credit for it?
Please click here

When they register in Digital Bhoomi Forums using the above link, your username will be automatically entered in
the referrer field. Do not change anything in the above link. The number after "referrerid" is your user id.
You will get credit for all your referrals. Please visit our
points page to see the details about how many points you can earn for
each referral.
